Who we serve · Channel partners

For channel partners: join a network that pays on time and plays by written rules

Channel partners are the largest source of residential absorption in Mumbai and the worst-served participants in the market. You invest your time and your clients' trust, and you get paid late, credited inconsistently and told prices changed after you quoted them.

For channel partners, in brief

The Genesis runs a channel partner network across its Mumbai and MMR mandates on four commitments: a single published rate card with no private arrangements, written lead-registration and ownership rules applied consistently, live inventory visibility so you never pitch a sold unit, and payouts administered by us on a published cycle. Registration requires a valid MahaRERA agent registration.

What you arrive with

The problems we usually hear first.

01

Payouts that arrive late or not at all

Commission tied up in a developer's accounts queue for months while you carry the working-capital cost.

02

Ownership disputes decided by preference

A client you registered walks in directly or books through someone else, and the rule is decided after the fact.

03

Different rates for different partners

You discover another partner is being paid more on the same project for the same work.

04

Pitching units that have already sold

Stale inventory and price sheets that spend your credibility with a client.

What we do about it

Four moves, in order.

One rate card, written ownership rules, live inventory and payouts on a published cycle.

  1. 01

    One published rate card

Every partner on a mandate sees the same slab structure. Better terms come through a published tier system based on conversion — not through private negotiation.

  2. 02

    Written ownership rules

Registration validity, evidentiary standard, walk-in treatment and dual-claim resolution — published at onboarding and applied even when it is commercially inconvenient for us.

  3. 03

    Live inventory and pricing

Portal access to available units, current price sheet, payment plans and collateral, so you pitch accurately and stop calling to check.

  4. 04

    Administered payouts

We calculate, verify and process payouts on a published cycle with a named owner, and a dispute process that actually closes.

Questions

Frequently asked.

How do I register as a channel partner with The Genesis?

Submit the registration form on this page with your firm details, MahaRERA agent registration number, and the micro-markets and configurations you actively transact. After verification you receive the standard agreement, the published rate card for active mandates, product certification and portal access.

Do I need a RERA registration to join?

Yes. Real estate agents facilitating transactions in Maharashtra are required to register with MahaRERA, and we verify registration during onboarding. We do not onboard or pay unregistered partners, which protects both you and the developer.

When are channel partner payouts made?

The cycle is defined per mandate and published at onboarding — typically triggered on registration and agreed collection milestones rather than on booking. We administer it ourselves rather than leaving it in a developer's accounts queue.

How is a lead ownership dispute resolved?

Against the written rule you received at onboarding: registration validity period, the evidence required, walk-in treatment and dual-claim resolution. The rule is applied consistently, including when the outcome costs us the easier result.

Which projects will I have access to?

All active Genesis mandates in the micro-markets you register for, with release access timing based on your tier. Anchor-tier partners receive earliest access to new tranches.
