The Genesis Real Estate Advisory is registered as a real estate agent with MahaRERA under registration number A5190000000000. The registration can be verified at https://maharera.maharashtra.gov.in.

How we operate

As a registered agent we observe the obligations applicable to real estate agents, including in how we represent projects and handle records.

  • We facilitate transactions only in projects registered where registration is required
  • We represent project details consistently with the promoter's registered disclosures
  • We verify the RERA registration of every channel partner we onboard
  • We maintain records of transactions we facilitate as required
